How much should our school plan to spend on a head of school search?

Dr. Jung founded Education Access Strategies with the word “access” in mind.  EAS is proud of its “Alternative Head Search Consulting Models” which allow especially smaller and medium sized schools options for conducting successful, cost-efficient national head of school searches tailored to these schools needs and budgets.

EAS establishes a set fee for each head of school search in consultation with the search committee leadership.  While some firms charge a percentage fee for head searches, we feel that could result in a conflict of interest since we help schools benchmark a head’s compensation as part of our head search suite of services.
